NFTE - National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship
THE NFTE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP SURVEY (YES) 2008-2009

THE NFTE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP SURVEY (YES) INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the NFTE Entrepreneurship Class! We know that you will learn a lot and have a good time, too!

We like to run our program the same way we teach you how to run a good business. In order to do that, we need to make sure that our product -- the NFTE program and curriculum -- is a good product. We want to learn from our customers (you and your classmates) about how the program works for you.

So, we ask you fill out a one-page web survey at the beginning of the class and at the end of the class. We want to see what changes for you and what does not.

This survey is to learn about our program, NOT to test you. The survey is divided into five parts, including a section that tests your knowledge. Even though there is a section that tests your knowledge, this is not a test that your teacher or school will see. This is for NFTE to learn how to improve the way we design our program. The only people who will see your answers will be researchers at NFTE's National Headquarters in New York City and their affiliates.

Your teacher will not see your individual score but we will provide a report on the whole class.

Your answers will be completely anonymous and confidential.

We do not want to know your name. We do ask you to create a personal code to help us match this survey to a survey you will complete near the end of this course term. The questions in this survey are not very personal, but if you are uncomfortable answering a question you may skip it.

When you have completed the survey, click the "Submit " button at the end of the page. If you do not click on "Submit", any information you may have entered will be lost.
